1. Description of Information. When you register for one of our services we ask you to supply some details which are used for your identification by us.
These may include your full name, your age, your e-mail address, your postal and physical address, your telephone and/or fax number and your credit card details.
We do require that you truthfully provide this information if you wish to use our web site. We do not want to deal anonymously.

When you visit our site we use tracking software which is commonly and readily available to all web sites. We offer chat and web boards as discussion forums but we do not take any information about you other than;

Other than information acquired via the site tracking software we do not currently use 'cookies' or other hidden devices to obtain and store information about you unless clearly stated.

When you purchase goods and or services from us using your Credit Card, we open an account for you in various parts of our system. The accounts that refer to our financial transactions, that is any transaction where

2. How we use or share the information we collect. GEL-nomanix.com uses information collected from you in different ways. As mentioned above, we do not want to deal with you anonymously. We require that you truthfully state your age as the use of certain services by minors and children are not allowed.
Account registration details given by you for our domain registration, web hosting and other services are stored securely in a database. We make sure that sensitive information, such as your credit card details and home address is encrypted. There is, unfortunately, the slight possibility that information sent by e-mail can be accessed by third parties due to many factors eg browser security.
